Sergio Esparragó
Co-Owner and CEO
Originally from Costa Rica, Sergio now lives in Eastern North Carolina with his wife, Heidi, and their two daughters. Sergio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Administration and is known for his passion, detail-oriented approach, and strategic vision. With several years of experience in Airbnb arbitrage, he knows how to successfully optimize short-term rental properties. Outside of his professional life, Sergio is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys boating, fishing and spending time outdoors with his family.
Heidi Esparragó
Co-Owner and Chief Administrative Officer
Heidi is originally from New York where she obtained her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. Heidi brings a unique blend of experience from her 10+ years as a trauma therapist. She values building and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Outside of her professional life, Heidi loves spending quality time with her husband, Sergio, and their two daughters - especially at the beach. She also loves traveling to explore new destinations, seeking fresh opportunities to enhance their Airbnb properties and expand their markets.
